Rewards Advisor – Payroll and Pensions Agency Reference Number: 6952740 A position has arisen for a Rewards Advisor to work for an Education Institution based in Uxbridge. The purpose of the role is to assist and support the Reward Manager in providing a high- quality Payroll and Pensions service to all the University’s employees. Salary: £29,677 - £34,032 Length: Temporary – Permanent Contract Job responsibilities include: Assisting the Rewards Manager – with end to end payroll administration, management and reporting Input data into the Payroll system to ensure that appropriate employee starter, leaver, variation details, parental Leave, sickness absence, tax code changes and other Payroll input tasks are correctly set up and calculated in accordance with statutory and contractual requirements Coordinating the administration of the University pension schemes alongside the Rewards Manager and Rewards Advisor Ensuring compliance with the current pension legislation Responding to pension related matters to individuals and managers as required The successful candidate MUST have: Degree standard, CIPP Qualification or experience in working in finance Good knowledge of Excel Excellent communication skills It is desirable that candidates have: Previous experience in in Higher Education Knowledge and experience using Unit 4 Business World Agresso To apply for this role or to find out about other Education Finance jobs, please contact Louis Pearson or Dannielle Day on the London Education Finance Recruitment team on or email your CV to
