Overview
IT Infrastructure Manager North Newcastle £40,000 - £50,000 My client, a leading professional services company is seeking an IT Infrastructure Manager for a company based on a business park north of Newcastle. As the IT Infrastructure Manager you will be responsible for providing reliable, high quality IT services for the business IT systems and infrastructure. As the IT Infrastructure Manager you will be required to assist and manage the day to day operational and project based work within the IT function. In addition you will be required to manage the IT Service Desk where you will be involved in the management, running, supporting, advising and training of a 1st, 2nd and 3rd line service desk. Also the role requires you to oversee the IT budget and ensuring cost effectiveness. You will be ideally ITIL certified (but all applications are considered) with experience in the following service management:- Service Performance Management Critical Issues Management Service Level Management.
