CUSTOMS COMPLIANCE SUPERVISOR Role: Customs Compliance Supervisor Industry: Oil and gas Location: Aberdeen Salary: Competitive This is an excellent opportunity for an accomplished Customs Compiance professional that is seeking a supervisory role in a busy, corporate level team. Lead an Import and Export team. Coaching, development and performance management of your team. Functional lead for Import and Export movements of product and materials into and out of Europe Manage an outsourced Shipping Team (Expeditors) at a different site. Ensure rigorous cost control and reporting is in place, Work effectively with Procurement to ensure optimal price, service and supplier relationship management Identify, learn and implement import/ export best practice across a regional coverage area. Implement cost saving and service enhancement opportunities Work closely with Procurement to ensure that Ocean Freight, freight forwarding and customs brokerage requirements are met Background Degree in Purchasing and Supply Chain Management Extensive experience in Import/ Export (Global) Leadership experience Strong ERP experience This is an outstanding opportunity and would really suit someone with strong Export and Import background.
