Overview
We are partnering exclusively with a leading sustainable accessories brand as they launch in the UK. This is an amazing opportunity for an experienced Dual Site Concession Manager that is looking for a new challenge within retail. The Dual Site Manager Role: You will be responsible for 2 concessions inside London’s busiest luxury department store You will ensure KPI’s are achieved, retail standards are improved and stock management is closely monitored You will participate in conference calls with the Head of Merchandising to provide product feedback You will create KPIs, training packs and service standards as you see fit The Candidate: You will be team orientated and have a hands-on management style You will have experience in managing multiple points of sale You will have strong people management, team leadership skills and experience building teams You will have strong analytical skills You will be an outstanding communicator and team player You will have the ability to motivate, inspire and influence a diverse and dispersed workforce The Package: Salary up to £50,000
