Manufacturing Administrator Telford Permanent £20,000 - £22,000 Monday to Friday – 40 hrs per week We are working with an established client based in Telford who currently have a fantastic opportunity to join their manufacturing team as an Administrator. This is an exciting opportunity to work in a diverse role, where you will be providing Administration support to all aspects of the Manufacturing process. The Manufacturing Administrator will be responsible for: Liaising with production planning department on production hours completed Producing reports on Production Processing timesheets to assist payroll Collating holiday requests for planning department Liaising with Logistics in order to generate packing lists and despatch paperwork Maintaining logs on facilities maintenance and highlighting contract renewals etc Raising purchase orders to schedule repairs and contractors Completing equipment checks Assisting in Health & Safety adherence such as completing PPE checks Skills and Experience Previous experience in a manufacturing / production environment such as production admin / manufacturing admin / production assistant / manufacturing assistant Highly computer literate Must be proactive and be forward thinking and have the ability to respond quickly to assist with production requirements Effective communicator who is confident liaising with internal departments, suppliers and contractors The application process: We will carefully consider your details and advise you if we're able to progress with your application within 72 working hours .
