Overview
An opportunity has presented itself for a Principal Hardware Design Engineer to join an industry leading 4G & 5G wireless technologies company based in Slough. The company has an impressive history of providing RAN, LTE, and Wi-Fi solutions to the market, and is now looking to develop the next wave of pioneering 5G products. The Principal Hardware Engineer will be responsible for design and transfer to production of a variety of board-level products. Additionally, the role may include the re-design of legacy products to manage cost reduction and component obsolescence. Essential Requirements: Degree in an Electronic Engineering or related discipline Analogue and Digital design Product development PCB, Schematic capture, and board layout FGPA / VHDL experience Desirable Skills: RF design Software languages: C / Linux / Labview / Spice Base station equipment design / regulatory requirements The company is offering a salary from £55,000 - £65,000 depending on experience and interview slots are available from 10:30am on Friday 6th March .
