Employment Solicitor

This award-winning Hull-based law firm is looking to add a solicitor to its Employment Department. The successful employment solicitor will be based at the firm's head office in Hull and will be working autonomously and as part of a team. You will ideally have 6-10 years' PQE and be an experienced employment law specialist used to dealing with fastpaced litigation and complex cases. The ability to manage a full caseload is essential and experience of supervising and training junior employees is preferable. As employment solicitor, you will also be responsible for representing a variety of clients, from a broad spectrum of industry sectors, who are facing employment tribunal claims, including, but not limited to: unfair dismissal discrimination TUPE whistleblowing The role is primarily litigation based, dealing with claims which start at the ACAS EC stage through to a final hearing.
