Marketing Campaign Manager - Belfast Salary: Upto 27,000 with some flexibility depending on experience. A target related bonus is also on offer and paid quarterly. The Role They are currently looking for a Marketing Campaign Manager, who will report to the Marketing Manager. They are ready to move straight away on this position, with the person being able to start the role working from home, until offices reopen. The role is based at their Belfast site, where theres around 200 staff members. The company as a whole has around 700 people. The Marketing Campaign Manager will be expected to travel frequently, especially to the head office in Philadelphia. Role Responsibilities: Were looking for a strategic and experienced Marketing Campaign Manager to join a growing Marketing Team. In this role, youll build demand generation opportunities, create strategies based on segments and personas, manage a program calendar, execute campaigns, track acquisition against established targets, and more. The ideal candidate for this role is a self-starter who takes ownership of their projects and has a well-rounded background in all areas of marketing. In this role, you will: Plan and implement lead generation initiatives including email marketing campaigns, ABM programs, events initiatives, webinars, advertising programs, etc. - supported by targeting and segmentation strategies to improve performance and brand awareness Develop and implement marketing automation programs to assist Sales Team with prospecting, outreach, and nurture campaigns Build and execute campaigns within CRM programs from the configuration, operation, and gathering performance insight Optimize tactic and channel performance by ensuring key insights and channel best practices are provided, measured, and utilized Strengthen our relationships by establishing credibility and rapport by leading internal marketing initiatives and providing regular reporting of campaign and lead performance Own and manage our 3rd party, partner marketing, and organic campaigns from conception to completion, including cadence, content syndication, webinars, cost-per-lead, and emails Set up and manage campaigns across various platforms (SEM, paid social, video, etc.) including planning, implementation, performance monitoring, and optimization to deliver a positive ROI Essential Skills Requirements: 2 years of demonstrated B2B marketing experience at a technology company or similar A degree in marketing or a related field Demonstrated knowledge of multi-channel marketing management focused on generating new prospects, and ROI generation Experience using marketing automation software and/or CRM platform Excellent written and verbal communication in a collaborative, cross-functional and cross-cultural team A highly analytical approach to reporting and analysing performance metrics with a focus on continuous improvement and optimization HTML and CSS experience desirable A professionally focused self-starter that takes ownership and responsibility for their work Ability to travel within Europe and internationally without restriction Benefits: Laptop, Private Healthcare, 5% Pension Matched, Free Snacks, All expense paid travel Important Information: We endeavour to process your personal data in a fair and transparent manner.
