Overview
School Business Manager - East London A very welcoming and Ofsted rated Good Primary School based in the East London borough of Newham are looking for a Primary Business Manger to join them on a full time basis from September 2020. The school are looking for somebody with previous experience as a Business Manager or with a strong financial background who's also looking to be part of a team and most importantly add to the school community and family. As the Business Manager, you will be responsible for the non-teaching-related running of the school, as part of a dynamic school management team. Your duties as a Business Manager can include: -Overall responsibility for Finance, HR and Premises Management -Health and Safety management across the school. -Negotiate and influence the strategic decision making within the school. -Managing the schools relationships with external partners. To be considered for this role you will have: -A certificate/diploma in School Business Management or be prepared to complete accreditation -Excellent communication skills and the ability to present both written and verbal information -Experience of HR and Premises Management -The ability to adapt, design, develop and procure robust information and administrative systems -Sound experience of financial management and budgetary responsibilities This position is subject to an Enhanced DBS, overseas police clearances (if applicable) and professional reference checks.
