Job Profile for Architectural Technician / Technologist - DW140860 Our client, architectural practice in Fife are seeking an Architectural Technician / Technologist to work on a variety of projects. This is an excellent opportunity to join a small, design-led practice with a diverse range of projects including some exciting conservation projects. The most successful Architectural Technician / Technologist should have good knowledge AutoCAD. This opportunity is open to an Architectural Technician / Technologist of any level. Our client has a vast pipeline of projects, which include some exciting conservation projects. These projects range from consolidation of ruined structures, restoration, alteration and extension of historic buildings. The most suitable candidate should have the drive to work hard and develop within the practice. This is also an excellent opportunity to work with a practice that have exposure to all RIBA stages. Excellent design skills are also a key aspect of the job so the ideal candidate should be able to show off their artistic flare in a portfolio. This is an excellent opportunity for an Architectural Technician / Technologist to work on a variety of exciting projects within an architectural practice that have an excellent ability to help progress and develop someone's career. Architectural Technician / Technologist Position Overview Working on a variety of historic and conservation projects Running some of the smaller projects and assisting on some of the larger projects Working on projects across all RIBA stages Producing high-quality drawings on AutoCAD Architectural Technician / Technologist Position Requirements Live in or around Fife Proficiency with AutoCAD Excellent design skills Relevant qualification (HND/HNC or Bsc/Ba) Hard working & motivated with an excellent attitude Architectural Technician / Technologist Position Remuneration Salary £16,000 - £40,000 DOE Pension scheme Holiday Potential for flexible working hours Bennett & Game Recruitment are acting as a Recruitment Agency in relation to this vacancy.
