Overview
The company are looking to hire a number of successful candidates into their graduate scheme. The role provides an opportunity for ambitious and hardworking graduates to begin a career in recruitment working within one of the most competitive and successful sectors within the industry. Due to a recent period of growth the company are looking for successful applicants to begin immediately. The role being offered is to work in the company’s flagship office based in London’s financial sector. The company’s client list includes Large FTSE 250 firms such as: IBM GSK Gazprom British Gas Standard Chartered Barclays Sky Amstrad The successful candidate will be responsible for developing a clear idea of the entire recruitment process as well as managing interviews for prospective candidates. Additionally, meeting with existing and new clients in order to better understand their needs. One on one training will be given from day one by a senior consultant enabling the candidate to learn from an experienced professional. Remuneration package: In addition to a basic salary of £22,000 and a highly competitive commission structure the company also offers regular incentives such as: Lunch Clubs Season ticket loan Gym membership Pension scheme Company car scheme Team holidays to destinations such as Ibiza & Las Vegas We are looking for hard working and driven individuals looking to start a career in the executive recruitment industry. Ideally the candidate will have previous B2B but it is not essential. Candidates should also be educated to the degree level in an academic subject and be able to handle a fast-paced working environment. Successful applicants after the CV vetting stage will receive an unscheduled call from relevant account managers and consultants.
