We are looking for motivated and enthusiastic Registered Mental Health Nurses to join the NHSP bank, offering you the opportunity to work flexibly with first choice of shifts. The shifts will be at the Becton Centre, which is the Child and Adolescent Mental Health Unit (CAMHS). This is a state-of-the-art centre for children and young adults aged up to 18 with mental health issues and learning disabilities. The centre offers intensive outreach treatment, day and inpatient services. Here, Mental Health Nurses are specially trained to work with children and young people with mental health problems, experienced at working with individuals and with parents. Scoring consistently highly in local and national surveys about the quality of our care and the dedication of their staff, the Trust is committed to being a leader in the field of training and research in children’s healthcare and we continue to deliver a strong portfolio of research and product innovation. Skills/Responsibilities: To apply for this post, you will: Have a minimum of 6 months paid experience of mental health nursing at Band 5 level within an acute hospital environment in the last 2 years.
