Overview
Our highly reputable and multi-award-winning client based in Thame, Oxfordshire is seeking a Senior .NET Web Developer to join them on a permanent basis. Working as a Senior .NET Web Developer you will report to a lead developer and will be responsible for making a significant contribution to the team. What will differentiate you as a senior will be your skills and ability to take a task from requirements right through to deployment, following the SOLID principals to produce quality code & solutions, be a strong team player and support the team with mentoring of junior team members. Senior .NET Web Developer Qualifications/experience: This position requires experience in developing and supporting web applications built using technologies such as: C# webforms, MVC, WCF web services, MSSQL. Senior .NET Web Developer Core skills: Significant experience in developing Microsoft Web Applications using the following technologies: C# ASP.net Webforms and MVC .net Framework WCF web services Microsoft SQL Server JavaScript jQuery Proficient in using development tools: Visual Studio SSMS Tortoise SVN JIRA Flexible approach to working since the role will require some out of hours work Useful skills: Business analysis skills to elicit requirements accurately Experience designing solutions before coding Coaching and mentoring junior staff Conducting code reviews with peers
