Our Estate Agent client is looking for a well presented, polished and motivated Senior Sales Negotiator / Valuer who is seeking a fresh and exciting challenge. Senior Negotiator Duties: ·Value and take instructions on properties for sale ·Carry out Viewings and negotiate offers ·Progressing Sales through to completion ·Ensure all office systems/service standards are adhered to ·Ability to maintain a good working atmosphere Senior Negotiator Skills : • Estate Agency Experience including proven track record in Valuations • Excellent communication skills • Accurate, numerate and computer literate • A team player with excellent organisational skills • You must have a full UK driving licence
