Overview
Role: Out of Hours Community Nurse Location: Camberley Salary: Band 6 Working pattern: Full or Part Time Overview Our client offers a thriving working environment and continual professional development. In the role of Band 6 Out of hours Community Nurse you will be the principle coordinator between GP's, practice nurses, social services and acute or hospital community contacts. Your skills will be tested as you assess patients, drawing complex patient information from multiple sources, agree care plans whilst providing leadership to your team. You will Be active in team meetings providing guidance on continual professional development. Handle conflicting views within the team and provide information, be the change maker. Be working in the community in an out of hours capacity. Your skills would be a valuable contribution to the team. You will be supervising Bands 3 to 5 whilst coordinating with GP's and key members of the local healthcare community. Need to drive your own car. This a unique opportunity to work in private setting within the NHS.
