Overview

Customer Service Advisor - £18,135 per annum Belfast (BT9) We are currently recruiting for a Global Outsourcing Business based in Belfast. You will be working on their inbound customer service line on behalf of a well known banking organisation. This is a full time role with a fantastic wage, previous experience within a contact centre is not essential as long as you have the right attitude and skill set What will you be doing? Handling inbound calls from customers regarding their accounts Discussing a variety of products including accounts/credit cards/insurance policies Resolving customer queries and complaints Ensuring a first time resolution with all calls as much as possible Updating and inputting customer information on internal systems Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction with every call What are we looking for? Previous experience within customer service roles - contact centre experience is desirable but not essential. We are also looking to speak to people from retail, hospitality etc Excellent communication skills - both written and verbal Ability to build rapport with both customers and colleagues Knowledge of computer systems Salary - £18, 135 per annum Hours of work - Monday to Sunday - 40 hours per week Shifts between 7am-11pm Please note you must be able to pass a CRB and Credit check for this role We are looking to interview ASAP for this role with a start date of 30th March so if you're looking for a new role then please APPLY NOW, alternatively call Francesca at Cordant People Manchester.
