Recruitment Consultant Job in Truro, Cornwall Permanent People have begun to work exclusively with a leading Cornish recruitment business, who are looking to expand their team, with the addition of an experienced recruiter to work on the IT industry, across the South West. If you are relocating, or thinking of relocating to Cornwall, and want to continue your recruitment your career, this could be the ideal job for you The Position Working within an already established recruitment team, this role will specifically concentrate on the placing of candidates into IT and Technology positions. This is a 360 position, with a concentration of business development across the private sector, where our Client are looking to expand their offering with Companies across the South West, from Cornwall to Bristol, on both permanent and temporary placements. There will be complete autonomy and no KPI’s to follow, so this position would suit an experienced recruiter who is used to and comfortable in working in there own style, and doesn’t need micro-management. It’s a very supportive culture, with an experienced Manager in place, and every tool needed to do the job. Benefits and more details The number one point to consider here is Work/Life balance. Office hours are Monday-Friday, 9:00am-5:00pm. There is no expectation to work longer than this, into the evenings or early mornings. Experience needed You will be coming from a recruitment agency background, of at least one year to 18 months, and be able to show a successful track record in delivering on placements and revenue. Also, you’ll be happy to business develop new clients, and be natural relationship builder with strong account management skills. You will also ideally be living local to Truro or be looking to make the relocation to this area.
