Overview
Are you looking for a progressive career in Recruitment? Are you a driven, motivated individual looking to develop a career in sales? The successful candidate will be working in a central location in Truro with all of the tools and advertising platforms needed to be successful in Recruitment. You will ideally come from a Sales background and genuinely like talking to people and be a good listener as business development is key to this role. You will be able to initiate and take control of your own sales activities and manage your own desk, account manage existing clients as well as develop new business and be an excellent communicator with exemplary customer service skills, both written and verbal. We want to speak to capable people with a positive attitude and an optimistic outlook on life that can show a solid work record in any field and we can train you to succeed. This a full time, permanent role with a competitive salary and a transparent commission scheme. We work 37.5 hours per week, Mon to Friday between 8:30am - 5:30pm.
