Overview
A well established innovative and dynamic firm based in London, are recruiting for an experienced Company Commercial Solicitor for their busy team. The team advise on company business acquisitions and disposals, investment work, shareholder agreements and secured lending. They also advise on commercial matters including outsourcing agreements, agency and distribution agreements and also general corporate/regulatory advice. You will be innovative, committed and dynamic, able to work unsupervised and have good business development and client care skills. This is a fantastic opportunity to work as a company commercial solicitor in a professional, demanding, friendly and very flexible working environment.
