Role: Software Safety Consultant Type: Permanent Sector: Defence Location: Bath Package: £45-60k excellent benefits A great new permanent opportunity to join a global recognised, highly reputable and successful multidisciplinary consultancy. Due to various large project and framework wins, they are rapidly expanding across many discipline areas including safety, where they have a team of safety & environmental specialists operating across numerous domains. Looking for experienced Software Safety Consultants to join an expanding team. The role will be project based and responsibilities will meet various customer requirements that would typically include: Providing consultancy and training to clients in applying functional safety management; Production of functional safety documentation / artefacts through the safety lifecycle; Scoping; hazard & risk analysis; determination/allocation of safety requirements; establishing Safety Integrity Level (SIL); determination; safety verification & validation. Providing functional safety auditing.
