Our award-winning client is looking to appoint an Architectural Technician into their London office, which will ideally suit a recent graduate or someone with up to 2 years' post graduate experience. Projects range across Educational, Commercial, Healthcare & Residential, varying from new-build, extension and refurbishments up to a value of £5 million. (Public & Private Sector) Reason for Recruiting? As well as an increase in workload, the Senior Architectural Technician within the office is taking on further interesting duties, ie. Business development, client liaising & contract management tasks, which means someone needs to be in the office to complete other typical duties of an Architectural Technician. To qualify for interview, our client's criteria is very straightforward: Degree qualified Architectural Technologist Up to 2 years' post grad experience, working as an Architectural Technician in the UK Proficient in AutoCAD (2D) Confidence to work alone In return for your services, a salary between £25,000 - £28,000 is on offer, as well as other company benefits.
