Overview

Role: Executive Assistant Location: Leeds Duration: 9 months FTC Responsibilities include: • Have an overview of allocations inbox, managing as and when necessary (i.e. holiday periods) • Drafting replies to incoming correspondence, both internal and external • Attending meetings, taking minutes and noting actions • Proactively manage diaries, using knowledge and initiative to anticipate and resolve potential conflicts • Researching and booking travel / accommodation, suggesting the most cost effective routes and compiling detailed itineraries • Booking meeting rooms, equipment and catering (including virtual meetings: WebEx/Skype) • Organising and assisting at internal and external events/conferences • Organising internal / external meetings with limited instruction • PowerPoint production • Producing Excel spreadsheets Requirements: Previous experience - Personal assistance / executive assistance Diary management / inbox management experience
