Management Accountant - ACCA, CIMA Part Qualified / Bury (North Manchester) / Permanent Role / Salary £30,000 - £35,000 36 Days Holiday, Study Support, Parking Plus many more benefits / Commercial Stakeholder Management Exposure NC Associates are looking to recruit a dynamic and ambitious Management Accountant to work for a £15 million turnover group service business based in Bury. Due to growth within the business the Financial Controller is looking to recruit an ambitious Management Accountant to support himself with producing the management accounts including commentary for a couple of companies within the group. This is an excellent role for a Management Accountant to gain invaluable experience working closely with the FC and MD. Job Role Preparation of the monthly Management Accounts for review by the Financial Controller Fixed Asset Register management, calculation and posting of depreciation and amortisation charges Calculating and posting Accruals and Prepayments Balance Sheet reconciliations Variance Analysis and Commentary for monthly board packs Annual Budget & quarterly Forecast preparation for review by the Financial Controller Completion and submission of quarterly VAT returns Production of flash reporting figures for both the companies within group Cash flow forecasting, including assisting with new tender cash flow forecasting Liaison with company auditors during on site audit visit and subsequent requests for information Overview of Purchase Ledger, Sales Ledger & Credit Control functions Assisting with the implementation of a replacement systems for payroll/invoicing function Assisting with the implementation of replacement accounts software (currently Sage 50) Continuous improvement of all financial reporting, internal controls etc. Experience Required To be successful in your application for this role you MUST have the following experience ACCA/CIMA Part Qualified - Qualified Advanced Excel skills Excellent communication skills Ability to work to tight deadlines and manage workloads effectively A high level of IT literacy Must have previous experience producing management accounts to final review level What's on Offer?
