Software Support Engineer - 2 nd Line, remote support, SQL, £22-28k DOE Benefits - Norwich, Norfolk CloudScope are looking for a Software Support Engineer (2 nd Line, remote support, SQL) for a well-established software company in Norwich City Centre. You will be a major part of a small close-knit team. You'll work with some autonomy but have the support of a senior developer on-hand. This is a mature working environment; you will not be micro-manged, but you will be expected to work using your initiative and resourcefulness to solve problems. The company has a full project pipeline and is on the crest of further expansion. You will have the opportunity to aid that growth and build products that will be pivotal to the company's continued dominance in their sector. You'll be supporting clients with a wide range of software related issues. You'll have a proactive attitude and look to improve internal systems whilst idle. Client Portal Support Client Server health checks Internal Support Improving internal procedures Salary: £22-28k DOE Working Hours: 8 hours per day flexible start time, business is open between 8am and 6pm, with a 1-hour lunchbreak which should be taken between the hours of 12.00pm and 2.30 pm Holiday: 25 Days Banks Holidays Location: Norwich (NR2), Norfolk Commute: Thetford, Cromer, Dereham, Acle, Attleborough, Wymondham, Wroxham, Watton Parking: on-site Who would suit this role?
