Overview
Niche services business with a number of high profile customers has a rare opportunity for a Finance Manager due to continued growth. The business has enjoyed 30 years of profitable trading and continues to expand into new markets. Their staff retention levels are incredibly high based on a really inclusive "team" culture and an openness to new ideas and ways of working. This position, reporting to the Group Finance Director, is pivotal within the finance function. Managing a small team you will enjoy a wide range of responsibilities including: Preparation of weekly flash reports and monthly management accounts Development of MI/KPI information Opportunity to develop systems, processes Prepare budgets and forecasts and working with the senior team to assist in understanding variances Tax returns and overseeing the year end accounting process Reporting to the Group Finance Director this position would suit an individual who has experience in a similar role within an SME with a "sleeves rolled up" attitude Whilst professional qualification (CIMA/ACCA) is advantageous, we are also happy to receive applications from those candidates who are qualified by experience.
