Overview

A brand new and exciting opportunity has arisen for a Training and Compliance Coordinator to join a rapidly expanding business based in the heart of South Manchester. The Training and Compliance Coordinator will have had previous experience in a similar role and the enthusiasm and organisation skills to plan the full cycle of programme delivery. You will be responsible for planning the training needs across the organisation and ensuring compliance with all the relevant legislation. The Training and Compliance Coordinator will be in control of all training records including new starter, developmental and technical training. The suitable candidate will be incredibly organised, an excellent communicator and able to use their own initiative. It is essential to have a clean full UK driving licence as you will be travelling to undertake various training activities across the North West. The suitable candidate will assist with the review and development of internal compliance, guidance, forms and admin systems and assist in the communication of these. As well as this you will identifying effective ways to communicate and promote both training and compliance.
