Our Client Our client is an innovator who are working in an industry which is on the tip of everyone's tongue and the business continues to go from strength to strength building across its multiple sites in the UK. Based in South Yorkshire, but with occasional travel to a nearby site in the North West, the organisation look to massively support its workforce and give them the platform to be the best they can be. The Role Reporting into the Group HR Director, the main responsibility of the Site Head of HR/Site HRBP will be managing the function on site, working on a strategic basis to ensure that the HR strategy is being delivered and also to liaise and partner with the senior stakeholders on a day-to-day basis. Key Responsibilities Include: Manage the HR team; Support through the company's journey of transformation; Restructuring and Organisational Design; Resourcing & Talent Planning; Reward; Strong focus on Employee Relations, Case Management & Employment Law; Instrumental in shaping the HR team, people plan and culture; Lead on HR business projects; Operate as a change agent; Provide HR analytics and budget management. Key Skills & Experience Required The ideal candidate for this role will be a commercially astute HR professional with the gravitas and experience to lead others whilst also ensuring that the operational day-to-day is being achieved. You will be comfortable working at both strategic and tactical level and ideally have experience in the following areas; Exposure to all generalist areas, particularly employee relations; Good systems knowledge; Organisation design experience including exposure to restructures; Compensation and benefits; Payroll; Project Management; Change Management. You will be a natural leader with a consultative and pragmatic style with the ability to engage and influence key stakeholders across all levels up to a senior/board level.
