Job overview Working for Venatu as our Account Manager, you will be tasked with the following duties on a day to day basis: Servicing multiple client accounts Qualifying and securing vacancy requirements from clients Sourcing candidates through headhunting, online job boards and social media Shortlisting and presenting candidates against appropriate job vacancies to our clients Ensuring candidates placed into employment have the correct legal documentation and adhere to compliance requirements Managing client and candidate relationships and meeting the required expectations throughout the recruitment process. What we want from you From our Account Manager, we would require the following from you: Previous recruitment experience Driven and self-motivated with a desire to achieve Excellent work ethic and communication skills Strong influencing skills Committed to delivering a first-class service to our clients and candidates Working knowledge of Microsoft packages.
