Senior Repairs Planner Location - Ealing Salary - £30,000 - £33,000 Sheridan Ward are delighted to be recruiting on behalf of our client based in Ealing who are looking for recruit for a senior repair’s planner in their growing team for a new project that is underway. Do you pride yourself on delivering the highest levels of customer service and providing efficient service delivery? Do you have repairs experience or have experience working in facilities management or housing? Have you previously managed a team? Are you able to work to budgets? APPLY NOW Raise and monitor calls out, keeping customers updated on progress Raise quotes and purchase orders for work Organising labour Scheduling customer site visits Ensure job booking/updates are communicated clearly to all parties Carry out customer satisfaction surveys Monitor weekly reports to ensure all timely completion of call outs Provide weekly job updates to team Dealing with escalated issues Managing the teams daily/weekly performances
