We have an open position for an Administrator to join our IT Division within our Turnford Office in Hertfordshire. This position will be suited for someone who comes from an Administrative background. Within this role you will support all functions of the IT Department to help deliver a high - quality Service to the UKICS Group. Key Tasks: Process purchase orders and invoices. Management of the Joiners and Leavers process - by administrating user accounts by creating and deleting networks/systems and application accounts. Management of Software Licence Orders - being able to maintain and audit these records. Oversee the organisation of IT auditing processes - keep updated when hardware and software changes are made. Logging of Service Desk incidents and ensuring all fields are correctly completed. Answer and Screen telephone calls that come through to the IT department. Liaise with suppliers and obtain new quoting information. Amending weekly attendance records of the IT division. About You: You are proficient in English language (Reading, Writing, Listening and Speaking) Good Level of Education up to an A - Level standard You are a problem solver Posses great attention to detail Qualifications and Experience: Minimum of 1 year experience of using MS Office/Office 365 Minimum 1 year of experience of working within a similar administrative role. Experience of processing Purchase orders and invoices. Is essential. Experience of using an IT Service ticketing System - highly desirable but NOT essential.
