Overview
Do you enjoy diagnosing and resolving issues? Have you got experience of working as a Field Service Engineer or have you worked in a role that involved supporting service engineers in the field? A new opportunity has arisen for a Service Co-ordinator to join this global organisation to assist in assisting customers with any issues relating to their service and or product purchases. Based locally in Newmarket you will be providing administrative and 1st line support for the organisation with all of their UK enquiries whilst working in a tight knit team. You will be hands on in your approach to work and someone that enjoys offering a seamless service across the board to support the internal and external sales teams in this growing organisation. If you are looking to work as part of a team that would contribute to the overall success of an organisation, then this opportunity could be for you. As the Service Coordinator you will be responsible for: - Managing emails and calls into the office in regard to installs, service and maintenance - Ensuring effective communication with all departments - Adding and processing service and install requests - Arranging Engineers to go on site to customers - Ensuring all paperwork is completed in a timely manner - Liaising with customers and the Sales Team on a daily basis As the Service Coordinator you will have: - A background in electronics support and service - Excellent communication skills - Great organisation skills and attention to detail - Experience of working to tight deadlines - Good use of Microsoft Office Word and Excel - A passion for offering great customer service If you think the Service Coordinator role is for you please contact us on or email .
