My client is one of the biggest Technology I.T Recruitment agencies in the world: with over 18 offices across the globe, and just over 100 consultants in the London office, expansion and creating a unique career path for employees is what they do best This opportunity would be working in a smaller team in the London office and being managed and trained by someone with 8yrs experience in SAP Recruitment. Senior Recruitment Consultant - The Role: - SAP Recruiter/ Head-hunter - 360 role, but the manager does lots of Business Development for your team - Cold calling & business development - Running your own desk/ SAP clients and candidates - Sourcing new ERP, Python, C++, Oracle, HTML candidates and clients - Building out your network Senior Recruitment Consultant - Candidate Requirements: - 3-5 years’ experience in Technology/ I.T Recruitment - Yearly Perm billings of £180k - OR Yearly Contract billings of £250k - 360 recruitment consultant experience - A strong communicator with a positive mental attitude - A strong work ethic and a good communicator Senior Recruitment Consultant - The Package & Perks: - Basic salary between £35k - £50k (depending on experience) - OTE £80k - 120k (depending on experience) - A family feel environment - work in a small team within a large firm - Hands-on experience with a manager with 8yrs SAP experience - Big brand name - business development is easier - Pension - Healthcare - Discounted gym membership - 2 annual holiday incentives for high achievers If you feel you’re qualified for the role of Senior Recruitment Consultant and it appeals to you, send through your CV today RULE Recruitment is here to support you through the process, prepare you for interviews and advise you on how to communicate your talents to prospective employers.
