Overview
Support Worker Creative Support is a national, fast growing not-for-profit organisation providing support to individuals with a wide range of care needs. Prince of Wales Drive is an Extra Care scheme for older people located next to Battersea Park . The scheme consists of 59 self-contained flats and focuses on providing integrated, holistic care and support to older people with care and support needs. Needs may include dementia, mental health needs, physical disabilities, learning disabilities and complex health needs. Your satisfying role will include: Providing respectful personal care, practical and emotional support to older people Enabling people to be healthy and be independent for as long as possible Supporting people to enjoy meaningful activities Working as part of a friendly team Full , part time and Relief (Bank) hours are available.
