This role would suit an experienced Department Head who would feel comfortable leading the Humanities department and line manage three department heads who head up RE, Geography and History. You will need to have a strong academic background and be confident delivering the Humanities curriculum. Application would be most welcome from existing department Head who is ready to take the next steps in their career or an existing humanities department leader. You will be joining a fully resourced department with a settled teaching team. The role offers generous non-contact time to ensure that you can deliver a high standard of work.
