Are you a Commercial Property or Conveyancing Solicitor looking to make a transition into property litigation work? Or, you might be a Housing or Property Litigation Solicitor looking for an In House role with an exceptionally friendly and well respected company. You will join a large and friendly team, reporting into the Legal Services Manager and your roles will be holistic and very interesting, spanning across housing law, antisocial behaviour, homelessness, and to undertake contentious work, acting as the company's advocate in the county courts. This role would be ideal for a Solicitor who is looking for more contentious work, in property law, or a current property litigation/housing Solicitor looking for a new challenge or to move In House.
