Overview

I am currently working with a prestigious education organisation, who are looking to recruit a HR Business Partner. This contract will initially be for 3 months. The main accountabilities held within this role will include: Coach and advise managers to identify, measure, engage and develop talent and potential. Contribute to the delivery of organisation wide or targeted development activities to enhance performance Contribute to shaping and driving the University’s People Strategy ensuring it is aligned to the needs of the University, Faculties and Professional Service Departments. Lead complex, high risk or sensitive case work as appropriate. Partner with HR & OD colleagues and University managers to develop and deliver HR & OD strategies, plans and interventions aligned with the Faculty and University Strategic Plan, and People Strategy realising measurable improvements in the functioning of defined areas. Collaborate with senior colleagues in HR & OD to drive improvement in service delivery and ensure a seamless and high-quality HR service delivery to the University to ensure the department meets its objectives and aims to exceed performance. Utilise business knowledge to input to the development and implementation of contemporary employment policy and practice that is framed to improve organisational effectiveness and agility.
