Social Worker - Community Review Team - Work Life Balance - North West London Salary: £34,000 - £38,500 dependent on experience This local authority is committed to increasing standards of Adult Social Care across the borough. They try to ensure people remain in communities rather than progressing cases into residential care. You will be involved in support planning and if needed progressing cases onto a community review team. Management at this authority will also ensure your caseloads stay manageable to provide a good work life balance. They have actively reduced caseloads for their staff to allow better quality of care for their service users.
