SDET (Software Development Engineer in Test - Java/Selenium) £40,000 - £50,000 benefits London, UK A government organisation in London currently seeks an experience SDET to join their team on a permanent basis. You must have good experience building automation test frameworks from scratch and good knowledge with object orientated programming languages. Projects will vary and you will be working in complex delivery environments with a friendly team offering flexible working and career progression Experience required: Test methodologies including test design techniques Experience using Jira and Postman Being able to build automation test frameworks from scratch Experience using Java Selenium Webdriver Cucumber BDD Serenity API test automation tools and frameworks Restassured and Postman for API Coding knowledge and experience in either Java, C#, Ruby, Scala MS Projects Automation testing Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments with CI/CD piplines You will provide Test Engineers within your product team with coaching and guidance to support them through the delivery process. You will also work with business stakeholders, understanding their needs and translating them into a QA approach. You will be expected to work with development teams to embed quality assurance and testing within the overall development approach.
