Overview
An opportunity for a career minded Accounts Assistant has arisen within a well established and reputable accountancy practice based in Truro. Watson Evans Associates are seeking applications from part/fully qualified AAT candidates who have gained some experience in an accountancy practice setting. The post is available on a full time, permanent basis and is likely to be offered with a salary between £18,000 and £22,000 and will be accompanied by study support if required. Working as part of a supportive team under the guidance of one of the partners, you will undertake a variety of work on behalf of a mixed portfolio of clients. Including: Accounts preparation Client bookkeeping and management accounts VAT returns Personal and Corporate Tax work You will have previous experience of working in an accountancy practice environment using a variety of software, including cloud based systems. You may be part or fully AAT qualified with the desire to continue to learn and develop your skill set and qualifications.
