iPeople are currently recruiting for Experienced Social Workers within a Transition Team within Cambridgeshire A Locum role Paying up to £32, You will be working with vulnerable children and young adults as well as their families, with the main aim of making a real difference to their lives. We have a requirement for social worker in the Transitions Team, where they support children and young adults from the age of 14 up to 25 years of age.
