Overview
GiBe Finance are working with a global business in Worthing, recruiting an Interim Financial Accountant for an estimated duration of 6-9 months. The business offer parking on-site and early finishes on a Friday. The contract can either be offered inside IR35 or on a fixed-term arrangement. The Role: Ensure the financial statements and analysis are accurate monthly and completed in-line with Corporate’s timetable/guidelines (US GAAP) Complete/contribute towards high quality, accurate and detailed balance sheet reconciliations monthly, and balance sheet flux analysis quarterly, in-line with Corporate’s timetable/guidelines Reviewing/analysing results to ensure their accuracy Provide assistance for internal audits, ensuring compliance with company’s global standards and policies Journal preparation and posting Calculation of other accruals Bad debt calculation Check and approve Shenzhen journals Payroll accounting and reconciliation P11D reporting Holiday accruals Calculation of sales commissions Management of accurate and timely posting of journals Resolution of external audit queries Resolution of queries/production of analysis/commentary Analysing / reporting VAT / Intrastat / EC Sales position Your Profile: Qualified Accountant - ACA, ACCA, CIMA or equivalent Strong communicator - written and verbally Working knowledge of US GAAP is advantageous (not essential) To review the full job description, please Apply Now.
