Financial Accounts Assistant Your new company My client is looking for an immediate Financial Assistant Accountant for 3 months initial contract with a potential to extend further. Your new role They are looking for someone to help my client with basic bookkeeping and accounting transactions that has been been taking place for some time and also help with nominal accounts reconciliation. There is a large backlog that requires immediate attention to bring the company's accounts up to speed. Assisting with the preparation of year-end accounts and statutory accounts Responding to financial inquiries by gathering and interpreting data Examining financial records to check for accuracy Create efficient methods for accounting and financial record-keeping and help business clients to implement them Analyse accounting systems used by businesses to look for inaccuracies and potential improvements Understand and adhere to all financial and accounting regulations and legislation What you'll need to succeed An analytical mind Negotiation skills and the ability to develop strong working relationships Commercial and business awareness Good communication skills - both written and verbal A keen eye for detail and desire to probe further into data Deadline-orientated and an ability to stick to time constraints What you need to do now If you're interested in this role, click 'apply now' to forward an up-to-date copy of your CV, or call us now.
