Overview
Our client is one of the South East's leading utility companies. Due to an increase in workload they are seeking a Trainee Quantity Surveyor to become part of the Commercial team. Key Essentials: You will work closely alongside a Project Quantity Surveyor on a wide range of utility and reinstatement projects Your role will involve recording values from surveys carried out by site management of completed works You will be required to undertake project administration and data entry for multiple high volume contracts; working closely with operations throughout the project life-cycle Assisting for applications for payment from the client; providing an effective handover to the Project Quantity Surveyor for invoicing Requirements: You will need to be ideally qualified in Civil Engineering / Quantity Surveying or have relevant experience The role will require an enthusiastic individual with excellent communication skills and a high attention to detail You will be encouraged to take on responsibility quickly to support operations as the business continues to grow quantitysurveyor qs utilities utility reinstatement resurfacing accounts commercial civilengineering forecast CVR finalaccount budget gas power telecom water measure nrswa streetwork
