What are we looking for? We are actively recruiting for qualified Debt Capital Markets lawyers at all PQE levels. Responsibilities may include: Providing practical in-house legal advice and support on a wide range of matters relating to debt capital markets from both arrangers and issuers standpoint Drafting and reviewing the full range of debt capital markets documentation including bond issuances, structured finance agreements, securitisations, credit facility agreements, underwriting agreements and related ancillary documentation Advising on the impact and implementation of legal and regulatory changes and maintaining internal policies to ensure full compliance We understand that many legal professionals have chosen to adopt the consultancy model, and we are happy to discuss this option with you.
