Overview
We are working in unusual circumstances and we appreciate that this is an unsettling time for all employees and employers. We have always believed in absolute transparency and as such we want to be clear about the status of vacancies. This role is on HOLD but we still invite a conversation with candidates in advance of it becoming live in the future. Errington Legal have an exciting opportunity for an Employment law solicitor, to join our client’s established Employment team based in Peterborough. The successful candidate will be expected to confidently advise on a full spectrum of both contentious and non-contentious Employment matters, as well as engaging in business development activity. This is an ideal opportunity for a candidate with NQ-2 years PQE, to build their skills and experience amongst a supportive team. You will need to have strong technical and drafting skills and good legal knowledge in your practice area in order to deliver accurate, technically correct advice, along with excellent verbal and written communication skills. Working knowledge of case management systems and Microsoft Office applications will also be an advantage.
