An exciting opportunity has arisen for an NQ employment solicitor to join a Legal 500 firm based in the Peterborough office. This growing and expanding firm with multiple offices is looking for a newly qualified solicitor who has taken a 6 month seat within employment law to join the Employment Team. As the Employment Solicitor, you will be an integral part of the team advising clients on the full spectrum of employment law matters which will include TUPE, settlement agreements, drafting documents, dismissals, corporate support and managing tribunal claims. The role does require you to go out and maintain the firm's reputation by being actively involved with business development and networking.
