The Role: We are looking for an Occupational Health Advisor to work in Guildford as part of an effective OH team. You will help deliver the OH service through provision of sickness absence case management, health surveillance, pre-employment clearance, immunisation and needle-stick advice. The role includes promoting the health and well-being of the workforce e.g. infection control and risk management, and you will contribute to the strategic development, and implementation of the Occupational Health department aims and objectives You will be a great communicator who can build strong relationships with people at all levels, a team player, well organised and dedicated to delivering a first class OH service. You will also participate in health promotion opportunities. The role can beFull time and Part time (Dependent on location), includes 33 days holiday rising with service and a workplace pension scheme. You will be an RGN and hold a Qualification in Occupational Health to diploma or degree level and have a minimum of two years' experience within an occupational health environment.
