Having both part-time and full-time hours, with a mixture of day and night work available, we are able to find work placements to suit a wide range of individual requirements. The Role/Requirements: We are looking for caring and out-going individuals to support one of our care services in Surrey. You will be responsible for supporting children and young adults with learning disabilities and other neurological conditions, helping them to fulfil their potential and get the most of life. You will be working within a team environment, so we are looking for Support Worker’s with a strong team ethic and the enthusiasm to interact and communicate with a range of young people. Other requirements include: Right to live and work in the UK 5 consecutive year’s worth of referencing Level 1 training certificates in Maths & English (or equivalent) 3 months experience in the care industry (personal experience accepted) The Benefits: Free Uniform & DBS Certificate Free extensive training provided and on-going support A starting rate of £10.09 p/hour further enhancements for nights and weekends Holiday Pay Flexible working hours (you can choose how many hours you want per week and what shift patterns would work best for you) Only required to travel to one place of work (although we are an agency, we will keep your work all within one setting) If you have in date healthcare training certificates and a DBS on the update service you could be fast tracked through our recruitment process This job was originally posted as www.totaljobs.com/job/89626589
