Immediate Support Counsellor- EAP Helpline Salary from £27,000 per annum Excellent Benefits BACP Membership £180 Monthly Supervision £60 Accreditation £230 Profit Share Scheme This is a full time position, working Mon-Fri between 8am-10pm We're looking for a qualified counsellor to join our growing team on a full time basis. You will be based in our Hinckley office, delivering immediate support to our client's employees via the telephone. What's involved? Provision of therapeutic support via our helpline Provision of telephone counselling to employees of our clients. Provision of information and signposting on a specified range of issues. Assisting with administrative and clerical tasks. Act as a first point of contact for Health Assured customers. What are we looking for? Minimum of a Level 4 Diploma in Counselling Minimum of 150 counselling hours Membership with BACP Experience in the delivery of telephone counselling Experience of providing information and signposting in a supportive context Flexible work attitude and reliable work history Self-motivated and committed to providing continuous service Excellent communication skills What's on offer?
