To help maintain the professional levels of service and successes delivered to a client base they are extremely proud of, they currently require a Property Research Analyst to join them in their Head Office, Devizes, Wiltshire. Job description – primary tasks: Working independently within a supervised team to investigate opportunities for prospective clients, identifying potential commercial properties where a historic business rate recovery will apply, and maintaining all activity on a bespoke internal system (full training given). Exploring numerous databases(internal and external), use of spreadsheets, email and phone to qualify savings identified. Must be able to self manage workload and act on instruction accurately and thoroughly. Confident decision making is crucial. Skills required: A highly organised, confident and effective communicator you will possess; · Knowledge of business rates preferred but not essential (training given). · Strong PC literacy – web applications/search tools and MS-Office (especially Word, Excel,Outlook). · Good numeracy and literacy skills. · Strong organisational skills required with the ability to be able to proficiently manage personal responsibilities. · Confident and effective personal, written, and telephone communication skills alongside an ability to build instant rapport internally and externally. · Candidates should present a positive working attitude, and a strong team player. · Exceptional attention to detail is a must. Qualifications/Training: Candidates should provide details of all recognised training courses and/or qualifications that have been attained.
